Thanks guys. I'll try doing a TV cable ajustment then unplug the TCU and test it that way. If that seams to help I will do a fluid/filter change. I'll post up my findings in about 2 weeks.

You might have the engine on the exhaust stroke and not the intake stroke, try rotating the engine another 360 degrees and reinstall the "dizzy".
