No just stock axle with detroit true track and 4.56 superior gears.

Sounds good I thought the axles would have broke first but the pattern looked good do you think the gears could have been defective.

Yea I put one in the rear myself but I had someone put one in the front.The helical gears I think need to break in.

Sounds good to me hopefully after break in it'll go away.

I just had a detroit true track installed in my front d30 with 4.56.When I turn right or left at slow speeds it makes a whining sound only when its at normal temp not when its cold. Any one know why or had this problem?

I hit the thing for 2 days and it finally broke free, I even heated it with a torch didnt work. Woke up in the morning hit it 5 times it fell out. Yea and there were no threads left they mushroomed till they just broke off. I got it though.

yea the yoke and nut are off. There are no threads left on the pinion

yea and its a 93 I ordered a 97 true track is there a oil slinger between the ring and carrier.

Im putting 4.56 in 8.25 I have everything out except for the pinion gear. I have hit the thing so hard with a hammer there are no threads left .please help
