When you say trac bar, do you mean drag link? If it’s bolted to the trac bar, maybe that is why you think it needs to be redone and is not working. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What he said. I haven't had a stabilizer in for a year. Drive it everyday. If everything else is right, you don't need a stabilizer. There are other problems.

Same here. Just installed a spartan in mine. Had to pull the ring gear. You will need to pull the carrier.

Beating on the knuckle isn't a good practice. It can damage an aluminum knuckle. Just get the right tool.

If I move the roller down, the cable will contact the winch mount plate. You can kinda see it in the 2nd to last pic. Is there any reason I can't just flip the winch over so the cable comes off the top instead of the bottom of the drum?

Installing a xrc8 winch on my orfab bumper. The hole for the winch line to come through the mounting plate is near the upper mounting holes. And this is where I mounted the rollers. But the line comes off the bottom of the drum. This seems like it would put a lot of strain on the lower roller...

No. I have the IRO trac bar with the drop bracket. But with most other setups, I believe you will need to raise the axle side of the trac bar. Relocate it over the axle to correct the geometry. You want the trac bar to be parallel with the drag link.

No, it's been great. Install was easy with only drilling. No need to relocate the trac bar like with a lot of other OTK setups. Drive it daily and don't even use a stabilizer.

The currie setup is a bad idea for you lift height. Look into some kind of crossover steering. I have been running the IRO kit for almost a year now with no issues. Drives great. A great kit that is almost bolt on. I'm at almost 8" of lift too.
