Thanks Uncle Bud but this is not my symptom, it never does not restart and it does this all the time when warmed up, can anyone else give suggestions on what to do to alleviate this situation ?
My 89 Cherokee with 4.0L inline 6 idles smooth, runs fine at all speads but will stall when creeping along at an intersection or if you start and then stop off from a complete stop, I have done all the mechanical step I can think of

It's call detonation and it's damaging to your engine, your timing is too far advanced or your fuel octane is too low, start with adjusting the timing and get some good gas, the engine should use 87 octane but try 91 octane and see what happens
I just did this job, not very hard, unhook the negative battery cable first, draw a diagram of the belt and remove the alternator, you need to work it out from the bottom , it's a tight fit but it comes out , go slow and you'll do fine
oh yea do not use too agressive a cleaner/flush, on some cars you flush away too much and end up with a leaky radiator and or waterpump as some of the stuff you flush away was holding the system intact, if the heater core starts leaking, OY VEA

what kind of bit and drill do I need to accomplish this ? how do the studs come out of the Hub, do i have to remove the hub or can I pound them out while they are on the vehicle ?
I have a rounded lug nut on the front rim of my 89 Cherokee, I tried to use a cold chisel and hammer to "peal" the lug nut off and just bugured it all up, it's now half mushroomed and stuck, I expect to have to replace the male part of the lug, can anyone let me know a good way to remove the lug...
