why replace.(unless for peace of mind) but like xjbcca said, he put in a new one and it was leaking in less than a month. so there are no guaranties. flush it while you have it out and stick it back.
try rolling the window up while tapping on the motor with a hammer. if it rolls up you know that the motor is sticking. if you are getting 12 volts at the motor when you press the switch and there is no movement then you can pretty much rule that it is a motor problem. but the hammer trick is...
