I’ll check out the Heater/Treater door. Not leaking on the passenger side. Seems to be leaking on the drivers side. It would get done in a warm garage. Cold and plastic definitely don’t mix.
Looks like I need to replace my heater core on my 2000 Sport with the 4.0. Blows a little heat not much. This is an expensive fix. Has anyone done it in their cherokees? Looks like the whole dash has to come apart.
My 2000 Jeep XJ is throwing a cylinder #2 misfire. Going to change my plugs. What is everyone using for spark plugs? I have the Viper coil mod kit. Has anyone put this on their Jeep? Or should I get a new coil pack?
My muffler on my XJ needs to be replaced. Looking for suggestions. It’s a stock 4.0. Would like a little tone. Looking at a Walker fx sound muffler but can’t find any videos of sound. Any suggestions on a Muffler?
My exhaust from the cat back needs to be replaced. I have a stock 4.0 on my 2000 Cherokee. Looking for recommendations on what would be a good sound and muffler for my jeep.
I have the Rough Country Heavy Duty front end. I need a new tie rod. Rough Country doesn’t appear to sell the tie rods separately. Will a regular tie rod work?
My oil pan drain plug is stripped and just spins. It’s not leaking. How can I get the plug out and can the hole be fixed or do I need a new oil pan as some people are telling me?
I saw that response where the gentleman answered that he had 33” tires and was running 2200 rpm at 60mph. My question is if I have the Jeep on the highway and the rpm’s are 2700 will that damage the motor?
I tried to find the answer. Quick question about regearing my 2000 Cherokee. Has a stock 4.0. 3:55 gears rebuilt AW4 transmission. My question is if I regear it to 4:56 with 32” tires not going any bigger at 65 it will be 2700 rpm. If I go to 4:10 then the rpm will be at 2400 rpm. My question is...
The transmission had 286,000 miles on it. I would like to go to 33s but not sure they’ll fit. Would it be to much gear to put 4:56 with my present tires?
