If you have no nutcerts you could use self tapping bolts, but I recommend getting some nutcerts.

Are you happy with them. Likes/Dislikes. Would you buy them again. I am debating between these and TSL radials. Will I notice much difference between an 11.50 and a 10.50. TSLs only come in 32X10.50 and thats why I am considering the SSRs.

I used a generic (NAPA) one and mounted it where the old closed system one was. Find an open spot and mount away.
