ruffstuff has 1.25" x 14 heim joints but I don't know how long there shank is. it looks to be only about 2.5" or so. I know speedway motors also has cheap good quality heims but I don't know the length of them.
does any one know if the joints that are listed above will work in rough country's short arm control arms as well? im looking at upgrading mine on my used control arms and would like to go with heims or johnny joints (preferably heims as I can get them for a cheaper price per joint even with the...
im loving your build! ive always loved a mono-color look on a jeep. where'd you get the Christmas lights? lol ive been wanting to do that for the Christmas season for a while now.
if it weren't for the fact that I live in upstate new York and haven't graduated highschool yet (just turned 18), I would be all over this position. I grew up with cars and 4x4s all my life and I always love to learn more!
im personally going to go with a 42" light bar paired with this little pre-runner style of mount.

im not really wanting to try and do a full swap as in making mounts and all. im going to look at the thing tonight so I will report back once I ger the chance to check everything out.
okay, so I have a deal staring me in the face and im extremely temped to jump on it. a friend of mine is parting out his 94 YJ with a D30 and D35 axles. it had a 2.4 or 2.5L straight 4 motor in it with the 5 speed for that year (not sure if it was a ax15 or not) I have the chance to pull the...
this helped out quite a bit, thank you very much. all the bumpers I found were all of the rear quarter cut n fold bumpers and I have the non cut n fold bumper, but it showed me what I needed to know! thank you
I didn't receive any directions with the kits I ordered. the front was really simple to do. the rear main body is easy to do as well, its just the placement of the gussets on the back and how the mounts are setup that is confusing me.
hey guys, bare with me if this has been asked before. I searched on many different forums and the wonderful inter web with no luck.
im looking for a picture or diagram of some sorts of the back side of the dirtbound offroad's DIY Mojave rear bumper kit. it would also be of much help to have a...

ive been using lately just a tub of I think it was 3m stuff from advanced. it comes in a tube that u can squirt out into place but your better off using your finger to really get it back into place to seal everything.
