    Blowing Fuse #17(Instrument Cluster)

    I am having this same problem. All lights in my cluster work. Yet the #17 fuse blows automatically when the key is in the on position. Cannot find any break in any wires in the harness. Have absolutly no idea.! Please help.!!!
