    Clunking sound from rear of Jeep

    I have a clunking sound coming from what sound's like the drive shaft. But the drive shaft is a new CV shaft I just put in. I also checked the diff it looked ok. Ideas?

    Need Help

    I just installed a JB Conversions Short SYE and CV drive shaft and I have no vibrations but I still have a binding noise. I have taken the drive shaft back and had it checked and it was good. The sound is only under load from a dead stop.

    Wrong.I have a 2004 F250 PSD and it has a D50 so not all f250 and f350 have D60. My 1995 F350 has a D60.

    1997 was the last year that the D60 was uesed. 1998 and up are D50's
