    AC cuts out in city???

    2000 Sport 4.0L AW4. AC will cut out in city stop and go driving. Seems to be when the temp triggers the electric radiator fan. Any easy fix? Is this the nature of the system? It seems to happen less if I put the trans in nuetral at extended stops.

    Has anyone tried this? I have heard of complaints with synthetic in the AW4 (mine is a 2000 Sport). My mechanic recommends it but I need more info before going synthetic.

    Say no to K&n

    I guess I've wasted enough money with K&N. Thanks for the info - I just purchased my first XJ and will stick with the OEM.
