After doing some searching i found out that this is a common problem with right side mounts and seems to be 94-97 w/5 speed so far. I think the problem is a mis-made bracket so all the force is on one bolt instead of all 3. It snaps the lower bolt and the others follow? I have heard of it...
file a complaint with the DOT. this should be a recall and some have had fire and injury because of this problem.. The bolts are not thick enough to suport the engine load and the bracket fits poor causing failer.

I tried grade 8 and grade 5 all broke again, now trying stainless. There should be a recall on this problem. seems to be 1995-1997 5 speed. Contact the dot and make a complaint if enough people do it they will have to recall the bracket or repair it somehow..
I have had the same thing happen 3 times now. it is not loose bolts they snap off from the weight. One on a speed bump and 2 pot holes. trying stainless bolts this time.
I got a 95 XJ with a 5 speed and i have broken the right side motor mount bolts off 4 times now. It really sucks since you cant drill them without drilling a hole in the side of inner fender to acsess the bolts. any one have a fix??? this should be a recall since i have seen others have the same...
