there isnt anything wrong with pipe but sced 80 might be a little overkill. nhra and nascar only require .120 (1/8") wall tube and sced 40 pipe is close to 3/16" wall you would save alot of weight and money useing it instead and stll be more than strong enough. as for mounting i have used 1/4"...
i am running 235/75/r15 mud trac tires with stock suspension and have a little rub when it starts to flex 31" tires would definately rub probably just going strait or turning i am planning on about 4.5" of lift and bushwacker cutouts before i go to a bigger tire and at least the flares real soon...
if it has trailer wireing on it it could be the unit that cobines the brake and turn signals into one light per side otherwise i would say check the grounds for the rear lights and then the turn signal switch a short there in the internal contacts could cause the problem also

the milemarker winch uses the power steering pump for its power source and they should have an install kit for the cherokee being as they are the same as a wrangler or most of the chevy steering systems as for a electric hydraulic check some of the current plow manufacurers for their pump setup...
i tried searching and found the stuff for d44 knuckels but the doner axle is a narrow track cj d30 i am going to napa later to start measureing ball joint sizes and will measure the yokes when i get back to the shop
has anyone ever tried to use cj balljoints in a stock xj d30 and bolt on the cj steering knuckles?? or is there a difference in the distance between the balljoints or diameter of the ball joint housing?
well if the tank is empty the gage should read zero and 750 to 800 is about right for max pressure the reason the gage scale goes higher is thst they are more accurate in the middle of thier total range
oh yeah it may have been stuck from over filling or a pressure test as for why it read 1100
the rewireing really isnt an issue for me as for the why well just beause i have the motor and trans and the didnt cost me anything and i dont have the cash to go buy a 4.0 and tranny to fit it
