Collapsed lower control arm support (axle mount)

Here is a pic, it's because I didn't set my track bar correctly I'm sure. What are my options? I have no garage and live in a city. <a href="http://s893.photobucket.com/user/dirtonthefloor/media/image.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img...

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

Yeah, I bet. I think the bumper took most of the impact (ironically, haha). I'm really intrigued by all this, so I think I'll do a real thorough inspection. Maybe that's the plus side to hitting a plastic car.

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

Nice, great info and pics. I've got nothing like that. The fender bowed out a little in the front, but I put it with no effort. I don't have any hood creases either. Kinda feel better, but I better I spect further. I will have to put up a pic or two tomorrow just for fun .

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

Rear ended a Malibu, (destroyed it) like 15-20 mph. My bumper fell off and it squashed some front end parts like the ac condensor, rad, grill. Drives straight, and looks relatively straight as far as wheels to body goes (if I look cross eyed at it straight on the left wheel looks angled, but...

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

Good to know, I assume I shifted the steering box, I can't find An alternative, besides it isn't parallel to the ground loke I think it provably was. Not sure what I'm gonna do about it though. Hitting it with a mallet doesn't seem right, haha.

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

Yup, well the major parts. I had a softball size hole in my radiator with a bit of tail light in it. Changed almost the entire cooling system while I was at it. Gotta fix the lights and steering next I suppose.

    After-accident steering issue boggle.

I jammed my steering box and pitman arm up about 15 degrees or so after an accident. Obviously the steering wheel is off (90 degrees ~), and i think the wheel is tilted up more too... but would this cause a toe in or out issue? I've been doing some scenarios in my head, but I'm still not sure...

    Quick Coolant flush question

Can I flush out my system somehow without a garden hose? I am installing a radiator thermostat and water pump. What are my options if its not possible to get a water supply? Thanks.

How much overheating can a jeep take?

So, Im going to buy a radiator. If I only replace that, and nothing else (assuming it solves the leak) will it be fine, until I start noticing the problems you pointed out? I know this is just basics, but at least I can know for sure.

How much overheating can a jeep take?

Thanks for the reply, Im pretty stressed about this right now. I have a 2000, and as Ive read the head is weak on this model. Would there be any noticeable differences, even though it idles alright?

How much overheating can a jeep take?

This question relates to a recent thread about an accident I had that caused my radiator to start leaking. I noticed it was leaking right away after I crashed, but I drove it anyway. The temp stays at 210 without fail every day. I drove it about 2.5 miles at about 60mph and it never reached...

Collision resulting in a steady radiator leak.

I hit a car going, lets say 25mph. Airbags deployed, bumper fell off. Other than that, every things OKish except the radiator leaks a lot. I think its coming from the passenger side, on the top near the hose, but it also mainly drips from the radiator in the center (this is while running...

    HEAD SCRATCHER

I have an 01 mustang and while its obviously a different engine my IAC valve on the TB got gunky. I cleaned it to perfection to save 15 bucks, but still same exact symptoms you have. Got a new one as recommended by mustang forums, never had a problem. What if it were that simple, Haha.

random clunking in rear after towing a 5x8... 45mph +

That actually seems very plausible. If it ain't that, ill crack open the diff and find out its probably that.

random clunking in rear after towing a 5x8... 45mph +

Yup, hitch is out. I can't find anything loose just yet. Can't be a shock, cause its still doing it on smooth roads. What could bounce around in a differential, and wouldn't/could it get caught in the gears and just destroy my jeep?
