    Good advice but if this is happening to groups of items then I would look at the fusable links. These guys are tricky and should not be overlooked.

    I don't think the pump runs all the time. Mine does the same thing. 4WD causes it to leak. I will be putting seals in mine in the next little bit.

    Okay I am bring this back to life because this morning when I went to put my 90 XJ 4WD Auto into reverse the button would not go in on the shifter until I hit a particular place in while pressing the brake.     The old plugs were gapped .043 at removal. Do you think I should open the gap a little even though specs call for .035. Also the old plugs were standard Champion plugs.
