    Possible cracked head?

Don't play around, Have the cooling system pressure tested ASAP, It could be anything big or small, But you do not want coolant screwing up your engine. Even a small head leak will show in the oil (Milky cloudy oil) or under the cap. Good luck

Will front seats from 2003 WJ fit in 96 XJ?

The seats will fit, but you have to use your XJ's seat tracks/mounts. You can FAB up the GC tracks to your XJ track/mounts making a hybrid mount, so you can use the electric functions, But you have to cut/weld to make it all line up.

    Tap size for WJ TRE's?

I did the same thing, IMO Tap prices & availability make it not worth the trouble. If you shop around the JKS parts can be found for good prices. Clayton off road also sells nice reasonably priced parts for the conversion, I used their High steer swaybar mounts. [/SIZE]

    Finally, a new XJ

If the XJ has been on salted roadways in winter it's probably the tubing that goes from the gas tank to the evap canister, the one on my truck looked like it came off a sunken ship! I replaced it with fuel hose & Clamps, You need a small piece of the metal tubing to adapt from the fitting from...

Stinky FAB VS. Rusty's Steering/WJ Conversion

The Stinky Fab kit looks like a well engineered very high quality kit. I did my conversion by gathering the parts from wherever I could, It took me a while to get everything I needed & I did save a few $ over the kit price, but not enough to justify the time & effort saved by just buying the...
