Ok there's probably something stupid I'm overlooking but here goes. I'm setting up a fuel cell in my 2000 XJ, I've got an e-2000 pump and I'm using the wires that went to the stock pump/sending unit. The battery has been on a slow charge for a day now and I've got 12 volts, if I use some jumper...
Took a break for a while, but back to it and need some help.
Would an e-2000 pump work wit mine?
How would you recommend routing my lines for the EVAP?
Ok, I've searched several places and still have a few questions.
1. I've read that I would need a fuel rail from a pre-1996 4.0 liter, since they had the return coming off of it?
2. I've also seen the part from Russell Performance that can adapt a -6AN fitting to the 5/16" hard line coming...

I've had a the top end where the bushing mounted to the upper mount bend and a buddy of mine with the Rusty's TB that mounts to the stock style mount with a tie rod end had his snap off in the trackbar first time out on the trail. No good experiences with Rusty's trackbars.
I've never seen the 4.0's combustion chamber but I think it would be pretty noticable if the valves were sunk deep enough from the valve job to increase the volume of the head 1-2 CC's after the 0.015" was taken off. And if the valves are sunk that deep then you're hurting flow anyway. I measure...
