I think disconnecting tranny from tc will leak oil? You might need a female torx (or inverted torx) socket/wrench for bolts on the tranny bell-housing. I've had the worse time last week with one of those.. The way I like to work is to remove engine alone and transmission/TC as a whole.

Manifolds: I took em apart because I wanted to change the gasket, and clean em up. Oil filter bracket: Couldn't take the bolt going through the motor mount out, and wanted to clean it up & change the gasket What the manual said was that you needed to lift the engine at least a few inches
