lol yup. i mocked everything up with a piece of plywood. once i was happy with the setup, i found a pair of cutting boards at wal-mart for like $5. the cutting board is light but very rigid. :)

lower spline count. the v8 from the explorer and mountaineer is 31 spline. i don't recall what the ranger one is. i have read that some rangers (w fx4 package maybe?) did have the 31 spline and disks though

i'm not sure what all you've tested and how you tested, but i would suggest you go out and get a $0.99 ground tester if you don't already have one. use that to test every segment of yoour wiring (connection going into your fuse box, going into your relays, going out of your relays, going into...
