That I can definitly agree with! My panhard bar was crap about 3 months after the build was complete. One of my leafspring's has slid out from the bottom on the drivers side. My upper control arms are getting slack. The build is only a year old.
BEGSTER!!!!! holy crap! Your name is Mark right??? I met you at the CCJC!!!! I think your on my facebook too! I have the Green 2001 XJ! I don't know how to put up a picture on here and it won't let me put up a custom avatar picture.

I can see how that would be an issue with a sandrail running 90 over the dunes.. But if my XJ gets to 70 on the highway it's a miracle. I'm a slow wheeler, I prefer to see how slow I can climb rocks or plow through mud. I'm trying to stay out of the mud though, my U-joints don't like it at all...
I have a 2001 XJ with a 6.5" rough country lift on tons. the bushings on my Rough Country lift just aren't holding up to the flex and weight of these axles. I work with a guy who builds custom air bag suspensions for S-10's and other low riding vehicles. I will plumb it so I will have control...
Put the XJ body on the Bronco Chassis..... I tried to find a picture, but none with an XJ body. You can find them with camaro bodies, old mustangs, and a delorean! hahahhahah just a thought!
