Ive had this consistent problem. I went through a couple remanufactured ones till I got one that finally held. I had even replaced o ring right where you are explaining. Just get a lifetime warranty one from o'reilys till you find one that works lol or by a brand spanking new one.

I have RC longarms. So johnny joints on mine. And a heim joint steering. No noise. Try lubing them I guess. Ruffstuff has some quality stuff

Im waiting for someone to use rusty's jeepspeed competition 4 link. Im RC radius long arms. They do good I must say.
