    Hose clamp

What's wrong with just using a stainless steel hose clamp that is large enough? I like the ones that can be tightened using a socket myself.

    Intermittent blower fan

In my opinion that's not a junk yard item, unless it's free. Also why did you have to cut the wires to the radio? For a couple dollars they sell an adapter.

New head light wiring harness wire questions

Normally No.10 awg copper wire is only good for 30-35 amps. No.10 THHN wire is rated up to 40 amps. You can use it on a heavier circuit, but you run the risk of overheating and melting the wire. No 8 wire is normally rated for 40-50. No.8 THHN wire is rated up to 55 amps. (This only applies to...

    92XJ 4.0L into a 96XJ???

Should be the same. From what I've read from sites where people have stroked their block. One I read used a 97' block with the 92' heads in a 95'. Look here, I think you can e-mail Dino and ask him If your swap will work. http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/

Did I just kill my a/c compressor?

I really can't answer those questions. I belive their basically the same. The R-134a systems have larger coils to make them work better. The R-134a doesn't work as well in an older system as one designed to work with the R-12 refrigerant. Sometimes it's better sticking with what you have in...

    86 MJ, worth $500?

I never said all MJ's are 4x4's. I had a buddy that had a two wheel drive MJ. I only commented that this vehicle looked like it was a two wheel drive because there is no shifter for the transfer case. Two wheel drive, I mean one wheel drive vehicle. Two wheel would be a 4x4 with both axles...

    quick and safe electrical test,..

Go for it! It wouldn't cause a fire as long as you don't over load any fuses, and don't feed any fuel. If you have to test the fuel pump disconnect the circuit first and test with a meter. good luck

    Easy,I'm new to this

I went with the Rubicon Express lift myself. But I have bought other parts from Rusty's and have had no problems with any of them. The Track bar I got from Rusty's was better then what RE had at a far better price. So do your own reseach. Read some write ups from differant sites, and wheeling...

    CB Wiring

Cigarette lighter and magnetic antenna! That way you can remove it when ever also. Like if you ever come to Baltimore and don't want the cockroaches to steal it.

    Over heating on bigger tires

I have 33's on my truck with the tow package with stock 3.73 gears. There was never any temperture problems or odd shift problems with mine, after I increased tire size. So really you must have already have had those issues before you put those tires on. You just really never noticed before...

    Brake fluid leak when flexing.

If it leaked once you must have damaged a line. It may have damaged the flare and may still be leaking; you just can't see it. I'd replace the lines with either new OEM rubber or spend a little extra and get the longer braided lines. And lower the mounting location if you don't get longer hoses.

    Idle Air Control

Check all your vacuum lines for leaks. Also look at some of the wires that run near the exhaust manifold(like the O2 sensor).
