I would think that if it was the switch I wouldn't work at all. The switch is turning them on and off but the green light on the switch stays on regardless. Also It doesn't mater if the ignition or headlights are on or off. I'm very confused by that. I'm going to disconnect the switch tonight...

I Removed and cleaned all ends of the battery cables and replaced them. I seems to have solved the problem. Although I'm going on a trip later and I'll take my other truck it's a 6.0L but what the hell gas prices are comming down. Thanks for the help! I'll let you know if I happens again.

but if you loose connections on the oil pressure it spikes? Oil Pressure looks fine why would this make the volts spike?

I have tow hooks that were stock on a friends older XJ that came with a offroad package! Which Rubicon Express lift did you go with? What's a SYE?

Maybe 2 sets of tires is the answer. Do you think stock size tires will look wrong with a 3.5" lift. I guss it's not that high!
