Well I am almost leaning towards it being pre-existing oil. I degreased it pretty good and in the very small amount of driving that I have done, I have not noticed any oil anywhere. I haven't gotten a chance to dye the oil yet, but I will probably tomorrow evening. Thanks again for the help...

Bringing this one back from the dead.... Did the stripped bolt(s) ever cause you any more problems? My current leak is happening exactly like yours is and if it drips, it drips from the bottom like that. It's wierd though... sometimes it will leave a drop over night and then it won't leak at all...
