In 100* heat i can run the AC at 70 up a 6* grade in 3rd gear and it gets to like 185 and holds there.
Not really. My superduty is getting the love right now (built 6.0, shit ton of cooling upgrades, F450 brakes, etc).
Need to get that all done and ironed out before I tear into the jeep again, but it's coming. ;)
It's common to do an inch or so of stich weld to the brace to keep it in place in the event you remove the crossmember, but otherwise most people do not weld them in as it makes them difficult to remove later when you upgrade to longarms.
But there's nothing to stop you from doing it.
I would say no to that, but I know my camper's cabover moves ~3" in relation to the bed of my truck, and that is all chassis flex.
Jeep's gotta have a bit of that going on.
