also if it is working properly with disc all around you shouldn't need a bigger mc. just my .02 Mine would lock up all 54 wheels when I was running 36s.

yeah it looks a little big to me.

ive been running full dakota pack and main xj leaf for years now and love it. got me around 5to 5.5 with the overload leaf.

I believe this is a yes. I know the axle shafts are interchangable. minus brackets it should be the same.

yup probably need front shaft balanced or one out of a newer XJ that rotates all the time.

you talkin the bearing retainer plate? if so they are like $2 at the dealership.

try disconnecting the vaccume line to the egr valve

do a quick test take one speaker in your hand and hook it up to the speaker wires off the back of the radio so the wiring is like 1 foot long or so. if that works then your problem is the wiring.

are you saying you have to reprogram the user 1 settings again? if so its a bad battery or memory connection.
