someone might have already said this but rubicon express makes a throttle lever that mounts on the stick. it would take some getting used to but it would definatly make some situations easier.

les schwab has them. they are about 50.00 for a set of lugs and locks. or you can get lug nuts for 1.50-2.00 a peice. kinda spendy but they wont scratch.
