Not sure about the pinion but I had a little leak from my driver side front axle shaft and "fixed" it the next time I had the shaft out by putting a big glob of grease around the shaft where the seal rides and it hasn't leaked in two months of daily driving. Sweet jeep.

Not sure who you are getting your driveshaft from but if it is tom woods they can help you determine the shim you need. I drove my jeep in front wheel drive for a few days while I waited for my shaft and shims to show up.

I got mine a couple days ago and the poly bushing is one of the softest poly bushings I have ever seen. I doubt it is going to increase vibes much if at all. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one even if you are worried about vibes. I hope to install it next weekend sometime if you want an update...
