I picked up a door reinforcement kit, P/N 05083060AA, but ended up doing something a little different. This was Jeep's answer to sagging doors, esp on the 2 door models. asking $30.
So here is the jeep, a 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2 door. 4.0L manual transmission. When I bought it, the floor was rusted out, and the rockers had some rust. I have patched the rockers and completely replaced the front floor pan. The back floor pan was just patched. It got a new muffler, and...
Id be ripped if I had to drill my bumper on my car, I ziptied the plate for inspection, and haven't had it actually on the car for 5 years. As for the Jeep, I patched my rockers with old street signs I cut up and bent to fit, then self tapping screwed into place. Oh, and a little spray paint.
My doors sagged out as well. I actually bought of of the reinforcement kits from jeep, but just welded it up myself without the extra bracket I bought.
