    Pulled by the Po-Po

If it is the State Patrol stopping you, then you can just about count on getting a ticket. They have(use?) very little discretion these days. Not so in the city or county.

You are fine. Just print a copy of the WAC and keep it in your vehicle. You will still need to get the fix-it ticket signed off, though. PM me if you have any issues with that, and I might be able to help you out. The key is to take care of the obvious things that are likely to get you...

    OK riddle me this Batman

X2 I had the same problem when I installed Alloy USA shafts up front. The ears are longer than stock shafts and bind near full steering lock. Turn your wheels to full lock and check to see if the ears are hitting. I installed some washers on the steering stops and corrected the issue. Brad

    is it too wide

What size tires and lift are you running? What's your wheel backspacing? The mudflaps need to extend down to the center of your axle and the fender flairs need to contain the treadblocks.

    Spaz's New Look

Funny. Just about everyone that I have arrested that is not from Bellevue has told me that we are way cooler than the officers in their city. Oh well. Sorry your experience has been so negative. 1%Brad

Michael, A tow rig and trailer have been added to the top of my "to get" list. Along with new axles, gears, lockers, tires, cage, 4 to 1, etc.......Maybe I should forget the kitchen remodel and buy it all. Of course, I would have to figure in a camper too, since I would no longer be allowed...

You won't regret going. I am running DPG 5" trailgunner springs front and rear. I also have ACOS and 1.5" shackles, so I'm right at about 6" total give or take. The tires are 32 x 11.50-15.

I have stainless lines, so no melting issues. I'll see what's going on when I crack it open this weekend. What a PITA though.

Thanks! You'll have some great weather. I think that I'll be going later in the spring next time. Sure was nice to have the trails to just our 2 rigs though. We only saw a handful of others in the time we were there. Yes, but what to do for the daily driver? Say what you will, but my...

Back from Moab- Random thoughts & Some cool pics

Here's some other shots from Steel Bender that make you appreciate the diversity of the area. Here's the single most difficult and scary forced obstacle I have run into in the 3 trips to Moab. Sorry, I do not have any pics with my rig on the obstacle because my buddy and I were too busy...

Back from Moab- Random thoughts & Some cool pics

Well I just came back from my third trip to Moab, UT. This time, I made the trip with my three children crammed in the back of my XJ. I have decided that a tow rig is in my future. An Excursion perhaps, with enough room inside that the children would actually have to unbuckle themselves to...
