Are you sure it's not the front? I've had alot more trouble with my front shaft than my rear. After I lifted my XJ and put in the SYE I would get vibes from my front shaft at about 55mph. I angled the pinion up slightly (at the sacrifice of some steering characteristics) but got the vibes to go...
I don't think there is a difference between LP and HP front driveshafts, there is a difference between the driveshafts coming off of a manual and automatic transmision. The driveshaft comming off of the Auto is longer.
He was only pointing out how rocwrlr said that these could be used to adjust wheelbase and then xjj33p3r sayed the same thing claimming that had not been mentioned yet.
But you would draw the forces acting at the wheel where it connects to the hub or spacer, moving the BS creates a moment on the wheel that counteracts the added distance of the spacer.

Putting it before the radiator is almost like getting a bigger radiator, it may cool the engine a couple degrees, but the coolant going to the tranny is still the same temperature as the fluid going through the engine

I ended up having to replace both the MC and the Booster. I pulled them out, and I noticed some brake fluid in there. So it looks like the master cylinder leaked and ruined the booster. I replaced both and now it brakes stronger than ever!!
