Well I solved my own problem, I decided to use a continuity tester and test every fuse on the jeep. Well I found a bad one.....it was in the PDC labeled ignition. I replaced it and it worked perfect!!!
I would also verify you battery is still good. You can easily put out 12+ volts on the battery, however if your amps our low you will not be able to start the vehicle. I would have the battery and the cables checked.
My clutch is not engaging, and my electric fan is not turning on. When I turn on the A/C the blower turns on, aswell as the RPM's rise to accept the expected load, however I get no clutch activation and no fan. If I hotwire the clutch and fan they work fine... I have checked the relays and they...
I have a 95 XJ that has been having A/C issues. Is there a fuse for the A/C circuit or only a relay. I have gone through several diagrams, and all I can find is a relay. Is this correct?
Even being in AZ my Jeep only got warm when I had the A/C on. So when normal driving the electric fan only came on when I had the A/C on. Where is the high pressure switch located? If this switch went bad, could this be my issue?
I have a 95 XJ and all of a sudden my A/C stopped working. My first thought was the low pressure switch, I jumped the wires and the compressor still will not turn on. I checked for power to the switch and I have a good 12 volts. I swapped the relays around, and far as I know they are still good...
I did jump the switch and the compressor still would not turn. I also pulled the relays and swapped them...still no clutch engagement. Another item is that when I click the A/C on the Idle air turns up the RPM's to prepare to accept the load. One thing I did notice is the electric fan is not...
Got in my 95 XJ 2x4 and found out my A/c did not blow cold. I looked at the compressor and it was not clicking on. My first thought was I lost refrigerant, however after hooking up the guages there was no issue. I next looked at the switch on top of the drier, I bypassed it with a hot wire and...
