ok, i have a different car that id like to put a 4.0 into, eventually a stoker, but just a stock 92 4.0 for now. this car has a standard trans, with a cable speedo output. the jeep that the motor will be coming from is an auto, but i can use the NSS wire to put in a clutch safety. seen too many...

it really does sound like linkage. if its loading in park, that would mean that park in the gearshift is really REVERSE. then when he puts it to reverse, its really neutral. then when its in neutral, its DRIVE, and so on. BUT i had a sundance do that. it was probly in the tranny, but i just held...

got my 92 with 315000 KM on the odo. now its 320000KM, no noises, and with all stock running gear, AW4, 242, 27" tires, faster than my buddys 08 ranger, and i pulled him out the other night too!:laugh3:

well, for now, im only running a 27" tire. as well, its only an all season tire, not overly aggressive. i think thats the problem so far. besides my ground clearance :shhh: any suggestions on tires that can go on the highway without ripping to pieces?? i think maybe ill move up to a 29 or 30. i...

make sure its not ripped or cut. mine was cut in the half loop that goes around the rear main. that made it leak worse than the rear main. comes out of the same spot too.
