    Which rotors to buy??

I bought rotors at Autozone a couple of years ago and they were in the $20 range. They looked just like the stock ones and have given me no trouble at all.

Oil on the bellhousing and tranny pan...

There's been extensive discussion on replacing the rear seal in the past (and I haven't done mine yet), so I won't get into that. But the quote I got from a shop was $450. The parts will only cost about $20 (seal and oil pan gasket).

    front brake rattle

I just dealt with the same issue. I replaced my pads and rotors a few months ago. The old pads had clips built onto the back of the pads that firmly attached them to the caliper. The new pads didn't have them and I didn't have the anti-rattle clips either. I went ahead and installed them...

    When to replace 02 sensor(s??) 92 4.0 XJ

    Crunched XJ

All of the body parts are easily replaceable. I did a similar repair recently and got all of my parts from http://www.autobodypartsonline.com/. The parts aren't OEM quality, but with 240K on the odometer, I didn't really care. The bumper attachment points are replaceable brackets which cost...

    Wouldn't a 2001 have the 8.25?

    Replacement Body Parts

You're right about the fit. I got a right front fender from http://www.autobodypartsonline.com and the fit wasn't perfect. But my XJ is a '92 with 230k miles, so the fit was close enough to suit me. If I had a newer, nicer vehicle, I probably would have bought OEM or had it repaired...
