ok cool deal. everything I've found so far they have not used a jig of any sort just wanted to tough bas with someone that has one. even on the episode of extreme when they built a set Ian just set his pinion angle and caster and welded away. just wanna make sure I wont run in to problems...

awesome build man!! was wondering about the 609 front. did you use any kind of a centering bar when you welded your inner c's on the tubes, I know for the rear axles you have to do this to keep everything straight just wanted to see about the front. I plan on building one for my Comanche next...
