all the relays under the hood seem to have the same part number, so I switched the pump relay with another... didnt help.

after doing a little research... my jeep has been stalling at idle every once in a while... maybe 3 times over the last couple months. at a stop light, while i run inside the house with her runing etc. this maybe was a sign of impending fuel pump failure?

2000 XJ... stock. 94kish miles running fine, let it sit for 2-3 hours and wouldnt start. Engine turns, no fuel. Shot some starting fluid in there, and tried to start (only from the fluid) There is gas in it. Heres my question. The fuel gauge doesnt work either... looking at a helms...

I want to put the front axle on jackstands. Can I just lift the front of the jeep by placing a jack on the center of the front axle? Then placing the two jack stands on the axle near each wheel? I jacked up the rear using the pumpkin and jack stands on the axle, hope that was alright. thanks

Driving today 45mph, and hit a small bump... I got it. Thats the third time now. The jeep just feels loose, especially after hitting a bump. I get the feeling the jeep wants to shimmy/wobble after every bump, but only gets serious over large bumps. It feels like the whole jeep is falling...
