RE6160 2" kit

Just picked up a brandnew in the box RE6160 2". Putting it in tomorrow or tuesday on my 98. Hoping for no vibes. Anything else I should have on hand ? It will be done on a lift w/air tools. The instructions say to remove the rear springs, can the leaf be added without removing the spring packs ? Just removing the u bolts, breaking the pack, sliding the new leaf in and reclamping and rebolting with the new center bolt ?

Yes you can install the leafs with the main leaf still in place but make sure you use a c-clamp when you disasemle/reasemble the packs and not the center pin.
