Part of R134 conversion used to charge the system. Seems it lost the ball valve. Thanks for the help!

That should be an R12 to R134a adapter. Not sure what "ball valve" you mean. The big valve are the service valves.

As for the valve, if you mean the schrader valve that fits inside that port, you can get that as well:
