Some Details About a PSC SP1205C Power Steering Pump

Mine did not come with a pulley.

A special power steering pulley puller/remover is required. You can probably "rent" one for free from your local auto parts store.

Mine did not come with a pulley, but I highly recommend their 4.5" pulley for better idle/low end performance.

My pump is less than 3 months old and is already leaking. I tried a 13.8 x 2.4 mm one and it still leaked and tried leaving the factory one and a 13.8 x 2.4 mm one and it still leaked. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if anyone had an idea of a way to keep it from leaking?

Maybe a new reservoir but the proper installation is critical with special attention paid to the retaining clips.

I replaced the O-ring from PSC with a 14mm x 3mm Metric O-ring:

That was November, 2018. No issues since then.
