Important

I changed the oil in my snow blower yesterday. We got 3 inches yesterday but it didn't stick to the roads or driveway...

Re: Important

Well that was interesting, those on FB already know the story.

Got to the airport at 4:30am Saturday (9:30pm Friday US central time), got to the USA area and found out Chicago was closed due to snow so we went to Detroit. Hung out in the plane for several hours then flew to Chicago and landed at 10pm central time Saturday. Got a hotel for the night arrived home at noon today.

that was a hell of a trip... I think I am taking tomorrow off haha

on a side note Pagani automotive tour and Ferrari Museums were awesome!

Anyone had a crank sensor break down and cause a stumble at higher speeds? Mine almost feels like the convertor slips then slams back. It's worse as it gets hot and I also noticed my tach dropping out when it does it.
It's got me puzzled. Other than that it starts and runs fine. It's a 91

I've had upstream O2 issues that have caused that scenario.

driving the 91 back from moab it would randomly stumble hard, drop it in neutral, rev the piss out of it continue on.

WOW. This is only my second interview ever. First time was with a small company, so it was just over lunch. This is for MSC industrial, so very large company. I was asked some very interesting questions in the interview. It seemed to have went well but the guy that was interviewing me definitely wasn't giving away his thoughts, good or bad on me.

Now I wait and see.

The company I work for adopted a new interview style for all management jobs. It requires three phone interviews and then a 3-4 hour in person interview. This applies for external or internal candidates. Its really kind of ridiculous in my case. My second interview which was a team interview had two of my references and the person I would report to as the team. So it was very awkward as many of the standard interview questions were already answered by the thick personnel folder they had to look at.

I have had job interviews where I have had 8 people in a room grilling me for 4 hours before. I love those interviews, once you get them laughing they are disarmed and usually go well.

The key is remembering they are people too, just like you.

Maintenance tech. is what this is one for. i just want to do something other than sitting on my ass all day.

i actually interviewed for another dealership closer to home also about a week ago or so. doing that one kinda led me into looking for something else, its the same shit I am tired of at any dealer.
