rock sliders vs tree sliders??
just over a month ago picked up a 2000 limited and went wheeling at a local OHV park. realizing i need side protection. there are numerous trees and have used bodies in the past to get by trees with out success. Namely the bed on my f-250 got pushed in( it was only 3 years old the time..wife wasnt happy..)
so i am interested in getting some sliders to protect the sides of the xj from trees. do the ones from aj's or jcr offer enough width to protect the sides of the xj or would i still end up mirrorless and with door damage? Thakns for the info.. |

Re: rock sliders vs tree sliders??
I got mine from AJ a couple of years ago and specifically requested a 'width' that would protect out to the door handles. I think he makes them that way standard now. the only body parts that are still vulnerable are the rear quarters.
