Replace oil pan strap?

I'm ordering parts to do an oil pan gasket/rear seal change, and am just too lazy to go look... But should I replace the oil pan support (mopar #53010511AA) when changing the oil pan gasket on a 97 4.0? Just thinking maybe they make it so it provides a certain amount of tension on that dip in the oil pan to help stop leaks? Figure if that's the case then mine with 240k miles is probably stretched pretty good..

Or does it not really add tension, just support?

You 100% want to keep it, but I don't know that I'd worry about replacing it if it's in good shape...

I would like to find one. My engine didn't have one.
