Few questions before moving to Colorado

I'm thinking about moving to Colorado after this winter. I was wondering about a few things before planning too seriously.

1. What is Colorado's laws for firearms? Like concealed carry and open carry and all that jazz.

2. I know Colorado has emission testing but how strict is it? Michigan doesn't have it so I've never had to worry about it. Will my new Magnaflow hiflow cat pass?

3. What would be a good area to look at for a house that is close to trails, cost of living is decent, and employment opportunites aren't bad. I noticed on traildamage.com that alot were around Chaffee County and Boulder County.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Emissions depend on were you live. i don't have emissions here.
avoid boulder like a plague.
want a gun. cool. only Denver boulder castle rock and like one other place are against open carry. rest of the state fire it up. conceal carry is easy to get permit.

avoid boulder. ya i said it twice on purpose.
