Is the Forest Service providing tools again?

I'll be bringing a rake, shovel and pruners... As well as plenty of gloves and sturdy boots.

PLEASE remember to bring sturdy gloves....

As mentioned in another post (somehwere ) Greg said that we'd need shovels, rakes, picks, rock bars, and lopers.

Good gloves and boots are also a good thing to have!

Safety Goggles


Should I bring a wheel barrow? NOT KIDDING... It will fit in the rear...

If you can fit it a wheel barrow might actually help with moving sand/rocks to build areas up. On Saturday and Sunday you can just store it at camp, we'll only need the tools on Friday (we hope!)

I will not be staying Friday Night... I will come up for the trail maint and then come back home...

I wont be able to go back up unitl 11:00 on Saturday so I will probably meet you on the second trail of the day.... then camp saturday night...

So I will bring the wheel barrow for Friday...

I recommend everyone brings a second pair of boots (dry) for the following day.
