I don't have much of a tow rig, but I do have an ex- with a tow dolly and 1/2T GMC 4WD, if 2 wheels will roll. I am available a lot of the time now, especially during the day. I have a Cherokee, locked in front, Posi in back. I have all recovery gear, including a winch. I can probably rescue anyone within 30 miles of Yucaipa without much hassle, farther if it's really bad haha.
