How 2 eliminate the 8.25 c-clips?

Seems to sound like a wide open market, there are alot of 8.25's around and their only downside really is c-clips.

There was a product on the market a few years back but IIRC it was a lot of $ and one day.. it just dissapeared. IIRC it cost more then an open market D44 (meaning a $350+ D44)

Those c-clips are the only reason I'm swapping the 8.25 out for a D44.
I couldn't find a good way to eliminate them any easier.
The locker options the swap opens up are just a bonus.
