Did the machine shop do it right??

I just got my bearings pressed on today at a machine shop with all new retainer plates, seals, bearings, and lock rings, but it looks like they installed the seals backwards. See the pic below. Should I return this and get them to change the direction?

I searched FSM and parts listings, but couldn't find anything to show this. But, looking at it, my GUESS is that it's on right. It is cupped in the direction that the pressure (oil) will try to come out.

it looks right. the spring on the seal should be on the inside

Looks to be installed correctly.
