intake modification

i picked up a 99+ intake a few days ago, and Im in the middle of porting and polishing it. i thought i share with you guys what ive done. The reason its in the for sale section is because ill do this to you intake if you would like.

Sanblast, hot tank, powder coat (any color damn near), port, polish, and everything else. $140

then i tapped all the holes


then i cleaned up and polished the machined surfaces.


then i went to work on the runners.

thanks dude...should all be worth it. I opened the runners to the size of the head, and smoothed out the casting lines. im working on the inside of the manifold now....wish my hands were a bit smaller...
