Judge HFM Hofhuis ruled that the Brotherly Love, Freedom and Diversity Party (PNVD) had the same right to exist as any other political party.
The PNVD was formed by three paedophiles in May, prompting outrage in Dutch society.
It seeks to lower the age of sexual consent from 16 to 12 and legalise child pornography and sex with animals.

Interesting country the netherlands, me, I'd wait a few months, round em all up and use em for fill when building new dykes....or is that dikes...

Heck, just hand 'em over to the dykes. They'd beat the living Hail right out of 'em. Put it on PPV. I'd pony up to see that. Way more interesting than UF.

If there really is outrage in Dutch society over this party, perhaps a public existence, and no excuse about being marginalized or outlawed, is just what the party needs. Let society tell them where to get off. The judge's decision might well shorten the life of the party. We can hope.

Gotta agree with those judges even if I don't agree with that party's platform. The party's platform was not the issue.

I'm on the fence with that one. If it was here in the US, I would think the ratification of a political party whose platform blatantly supports the violation of laws with regards to children would have to be somehow illegal.

How do I join?

I'm pretty tired of all the republicrats, but I think I've found a party I can join:

The Guns and Dope Party

at least if sombody joins that party, you know what a pos they are, if not, you could be living next door to them for years, waiting for them to do somthing f-ed up to your family or your friends. i say lets let them get it in the open, then we can persacute them, stone them, whatever.

As long as they are not violating the law, what they think and what they support is their own business. In this country we all have the right to try and change laws that we do not support. But, as long as the law is on the books, we are obligated to obey that law.

True, it appears that this party is trying to change the law rather than advocating that it be violated. Scummy as they are, finding a loophole by which they could be outlawed is the kind of thing that can come back and bite you in the butt, and I tend to think the judge was correct in his ruling, though I doubt he was happy about it either. We can only hope that they'll be soundly booed off the political stage wherever they appear.
