think of your maglight flashlight. wide angle = flood, and when you twist the lense of the maglight it becomes a pensil beam = spot. for wheeling i prefer the floods, but if your a desert runner that needs to see as far ahead as possible, then the spots might be a better choice. or you can mix them. two spots, and two floods mounted on the light bar would give you the best of both. i wouldnt mind having two of those floods mounted on the bumper so i dont get the dreded hood glare.
 
I think one pair of each is best.

THIS.

two spots in the center, two floods on the outside. that way you have the spots for distance and the floods to see everything around you.
 
OK UPDATE!

After reviewing my left over stock, I have the following available!

2- 4300k spots
4- 6000k floods
4- 4300k floods

I will Give away 2 of the spots and 2 of the floods all in 4300k for 400$ total!

Also found 8 of the H3 LED bulbs, these are 25 leds per bulb. light output is in the range of 15-25w halogen. Great for Rock Lights. these dont have a filiment to break, they take virtually No power to run, and at only 7$ each, lower cost then a replacement H3.
